Olayemi Ogundeyi
Yemi is a Co-Founder and the Managing Director of Conexus Development Ltd. At Conexus, Yemi manages business development and project efforts for the firm. He represents the firms’ clients on various development projects and manages/oversees projects to completion. Yemi is an experienced professional engineer with almost 25 years of civil engineering, land development and project management experience for municipal, commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects. Yemi’s foresight, analytic and detail-oriented approach, and unyielding dedication to accomplishing his clients’ goals have earned him the reputation as a reliable resource and expert in the industry. Prior to co-founding Conexus in 2022, Yemi led the real estate development group at Elalan Construction Nig. Ltd. Prior to Elalan, Yemi was project and design lead for the civil engineering groups of Langan Engineering, PC. and AKRF, Inc. in New York, USA.
Yemi holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Geology from University of Rochester, and graduate coursework in Civil & Environmental Engineering from New York University, in the USA. He also holds a certificate in Real Estate Economics & Finance from London School of Economics in the UK.
Outside of work, you will likely find Yemi indoors watching sports, deep sea fishing, and enjoying water sports with his family.
Michelle Bello
Co-Founder/Executive Director
Michelle is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Conexus Development Ltd. Michelle plays a pivotal role at Conexus, sitting at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the "business of the business"—orchestrating the firm’s commercial operations, financial reporting, and marketing initiatives. Michelle believes that a successful real estate firm is built on people and process; as such, she leads human resources and internal operations to foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, Michelle holds the portfolio of Company Secretary, ensuring rigorous adherence to corporate governance standards.
Michelle holds a BA in Media Communications from American University and an MA in Media Communications from Regent University in the USA. She also holds a certificate in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports from Harvard University, USA.
Michelle loves cinema, traveling the world, and dining with family and friends.
